    The hotel was fairly clean with superbly friendly staff who provided us with outstanding breakfasts. Our room had a very comfy bed and an exceptional view. The venue had an incredible location a couple of blocks away from a vibrant casino. Everything was simply exceptional:)))

    We had a wonderful stay at sudima auckland city. the staff were friendly and always willing to help, which made us feel right at home. the location was perfect; we could easily walk to local bars and restaurants. our room was cozy and well-maintained, featuring a fabulous shower and a comfy bed. we also loved the sustainable dining options at the east restaurant, especially the delicious plant-based menu.

    I had a fantastic stay, getting great value for my money with a clean and spacious room. The location was perfect, close to the harbour and vibrant restaurants, and the staff were friendly, especially Ellen at reception.

    Breakfast choices could use some more vegetarian options.

    the corner suite we booked offered plenty of space and a wonderful view of the tower. the staff were friendly, and we appreciated the convenience of the location. we enjoyed the vegetarian in-room dining menu, and the breakfast buffet featured some tasty options, with a highlight being the perfectly poached eggs made by the chef. the rooftop bar was a fantastic spot to unwind in the evenings.

    I had a great weekend at this hotel! It's super well-located-easy to walk around the city, plus public transport is right there. The beds were super comfy, and I loved how clean everything was. The staff really made my stay special; they were friendly and helpful, which made a big difference!

    From the warm welcome at reception to the stunning views of the harbour bridge from our modern room, every detail enhanced our experience. The comfortable beds, well-equipped bathroom, and complimentary vegan-friendly welcome hamper filled with snacks and skincare products added a special touch. Breakfast at the East Eats restaurant was delicious, and the lobby's unique architecture made it a great social space.

    We enjoyed a spacious room with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including smart tech features. The kids loved the pool area, perfect for their energy levels. The staff were great, contributing to our pleasant experience.

    My children wanted more kid-friendly dining options. The limited menu didn't cater to their tastes, and some meals were inaccessible for their age group.

    The staff provided really good service and were genuinely friendly. I appreciated that valet parking was both helpful and reasonably priced.

    Unexpected comforts in a cozy stay

    The staff greeted us with warm smiles. Our room was modern, clean, and well-equipped. The breakfast selection was excellent.

    We were disappointed that the tea selection didn't include our preferred flavors and we wished for more milk in the fridge. Little things could have made it perfect.

    The staff were friendly. The Superior Twin Room wasvery comfy and tidy, and the in-room entertainment had a fantastic selection of movies. We especially enjoyed the rooftop bar with fine views and great cocktails.
